Built With the Intel® Xeon® D-1541 SoC Processor
Based on the Broadwell microarchitecture, the Intel Xeon D are Server-on-Chip processors based on the 14nm process. Designed for high density and scale-out server infrastructures, these processors focus on high power efficiency while maintaining datacenter grade features, such as large storage and memory platforms. Through this density and computing power, they aim at lowering the TCO of enterprise & public clouds, storage, and network applications.

Power Efficiency
GIGABYTE servers are enabled with Automatic Fan Speed Control to achieve the best cooling and power efficiency. Individual fan speeds will be automatically adjusted according to temperature sensors strategically placed in the servers.

High Availability
To prevent server downtime and data loss as a result of loss of AC power, GIGABYTE implements SmaRT in all our server platforms. When such an event occurs, the system will throttle while maintaining availability and reducing power load. Capacitors within the power supply can supply power for 10-20ms, which is enough time to transition to a backup power source for continued operation.

Hardware Security
For hardware-based authentication, the passwords, encryption keys, and digital certificates are stored in a TPM module to prevent unwanted users from gaining access to your data. GIGABYTE TPM modules come in either a Serial Peripheral Interface or Low Pin Count bus.

Easy BIOS Update

Because updating your BIOS to a newer version can be a troublesome experience, GIGABYTE lets you update the BIOS of your server without additional software.

Remote System Management

This motherboard is equipped with an onboard Aspeed AST2400 controller, providing comprehensive remote system monitoring.

Dynamic Fan Speed

GIGABYTE servers are enabled with dynamic fan speed adjustment. Individual fan speed will be automatically adjusted according to the system’s current temperature.
